Roof Inspections
If the roof system has damaged woodwork beneath it, (sheeting), or the seal tab is dysfunctional, the usual recommendation is roof replacement. We are qualified to detect most problems such as overly deteriorated roof conditions and we will let you know when we look at the roof.
Normally, roofs in excess of sixteen (16) years old are not recommended for pressure washing. Other methods of cleaning the roof are available: back-pack blowing, brush cleaning, or a combination of both.
